What is your booking process?
Initial Stage:
Clients provide information about their brand, project expectations, and requirements via email or by completing the Client Inquiry Form. Details include the number of products, image specifications, and visual references.
Upon finalizing project details, I present a cost estimate and issue an invoice based on project requirements and terms of service. A product preparation guide and shipping details to send items to the studio are also provided.
Pre-shoot:
A mood board is shared based on the creative direction discussed with the client, and final details are confirmed.
Post-shoot:
The edited images are ready within a minimum of 10 working days from the specified date, subject to change based on the project scope and my availability.
Note: Shoot scheduling requires payment.
Image Delivery Time:
The minimum delivery timeline for edited images is 10 working days from the specified date, contingent upon receiving the products and completed payment. Variations may occur based on project complexity and my availability.
Payment Terms:
To secure a session, full payment is required upfront. For clients opting for partial payment, a 70% initial payment is necessary, with the remaining balance due before receiving the images.
